Place of the Year

The Sunday after July 4th is one of my favorite days of the year.  That is the day I get to go to the most fun place in the world, Cedar Point!  My great uncle, who used to be an electrician, has the ability to purchase discount tickets for his family and friends every year for that Sunday because of his electrician union.
Cedar Point is known as the “Roller Coaster Capital of the World,” which is pretty much why it is so awesome.  It has 17 roller coasters, the most at any amusement park in the world.  I personally really like roller coasters; therefore I am in love with Cedar Point.
Another reason why I love Cedar Point is because of the workers.  They are extremely friendly and quite funny.  One time, my friend and I met one when we were waiting in line for the Mean Streak.  My friend and I happened to be talking about waffles and the worker just joined in on our conversation and started talking to us about waffles with whipped cream.  It was hilarious and my friend and I still talk about it.
Overall, Cedar Point is my favorite place ever!  It has tons of rides and roller coasters so it has to be fun.  I cannot wait to go back next summer!
